Our street performers are scattered throughout the festival, bring a smile to your face and some interactive fun.
The Jordan Luck Band!
The Jordan Luck Band will have you up and dancing to all those classic Exponent songs we all know and love featuring hits such as ‘Victoria’ ‘Why Does Love Do This To Me’, ‘Who Loves Who The Most’, and ‘I’ll Say Goodbye (Even Though I’m Blue)’.
As front man and pop-writing genius with the legendary Exponents, Jordan Luck clocked up a staggering 18 Top 40 singles over the years, with ‘Victoria’ recently voted by the public as the 8th greatest New Zealand song of all time.
Vegas Brown Band!
Vegas Brown is an award winning singer, gold selling recording artist and a star of the Oceans Festival for the past decade.
He will be joined by his full band including Shannon Brown, brother and fellow band member of 48MAY and currently Tadpole.
The band will get the festival up and dancing with a powerhouse set of crowd favourites!

Introducing our opening act this year, Coromandel favorites Let's Go Descarrego!
Let's Go Descarrego! are a small duo that make big noise. They draw on lively Brazilian rhythms and New Orleans groove, and combine them with punk-rock attitude and folk storytelling. The band’s memorable, high-energy shows are filled with tunes of twisted love, intriguing incidents, and curious characters, whilst toes tap, hooks are sung, and the dancefloor swings.

For this years festival, MulletMan teams up with Mim! Using juggling, acrobatics, cheek and a wide range of circus skills to entertain.
Fresh from their Festival tour in Europe and the Edinburgh Festival, they can't wait to show the duo for the first time at the Whitianga Oceans Festival.
Francie Lidgard
My name is Francie Lidgard and I am a songwriter from Rings Beach. I regularly play at local gigs at restaurants and weddings! Recently I placed 1st at the BOP Rockquest event, which was an awesome experience! Come along and see me perform at the Oceans Festival 2024!
Poppy Carpenter
Kia ora, I’m Poppy! I’m a young singer-songwriter in the Coromandel, and I’ve been performing live since 2022. I love to play at local restaurants, as well as the occasional performance on Coromandel’s CFM! I hope you enjoy coming along to the Ocean’s Festival to see me and all the other talented musicians!
