The Whitianga Oceans Festival organisers are excited to present some changes for this year’s Festival. Last year’s event was unable to go ahead due to Covid-19 and this year the traditional festival site is being used for marina development work.
Given this, the organisers will hold this iconic festival at Lyon Park fronting onto the Whitianga Harbour. This new site will give us bigger and better opportunities to celebrate our local seafood with a raft of fabulous entertainment the festival is renowned for.
The organisers are excited about the possibilities this new venue brings to the festival for those attending and those entertaining.
