We will only cancel the event if we have big things happen that we can not control, including storms or road closures during the week of the event. We have ticket protection to cover most of these big things, but can not insure against covid.

In the rare case that we have to cancel the event, then we will refund you as much of your ticket price as we can, generally this will be 50-90% of your ticket fee (depending on any potential cancellation date).

When you purchase a ticket, you have the option to purchase ticket protection that will cover you in case of personal illness, injury etc. There are no refunds given for ‘Change of Mind’.
